There are several process for clean room panel production as below:

1. Color steel coating: This is the key. Of course, customers can choose not to cover the film, but the film is designed to reduce scratches on the paint during production, transportation and installation, and to achieve aesthetic purposes.
2. Special-shaped cutting of color steel plates: Cut the color steel plates according to the size of the purification plate required by the customer.
3. The color steel plate is evenly coated with glue by hand: The advantage is that the production process of the technically purified plate is completed manually. The advantage of manual spin coating is that the glue is applied more evenly and the adhesion is better.
4. Technical homogenization of glass magnesium plates: This process is the same as the technical homogenization of colored steel plates, making the adhesion of the product plates better.
5. Install the drywall frame: the drywall frame has a supporting role.
6. Laying rock wool: Cut the rock wool board, spread the rock wool board evenly on the glass magnesium board, and apply it evenly.
7. Evenly coat the glued glass magnesium board and color-coated board: Spread the glue-coated glass magnesium board and color-coated board on the cut rock wool and compact it.
8. Compaction: The final clean room panel product must be compacted for 48 hours before being handed over.
